Winter Cinematic Elopement in Cheltenham
Chrissy & Alex’s Cheltenham elopement was one of those days that stays with you long after you’ve packed your camera away. It was a crisp November afternoon, with that rare kind of winter light that feels almost golden and soft at the same time. Bright skies, chilly air, and the most incredible energy from the very start.
With just two witnesses by their side, their day felt beautifully simple stripped back in the best possible way. No pressure, no big production, just the two of them focusing on what really mattered: getting married and soaking in every second of it.
Running Through Cheltenham on a Winter’s Day
After their ceremony, we headed straight out into Cheltenham to explore. There’s something about a winter elopement that makes everything feel a little more cinematic coats wrapped tight, laughter in the cold air, and that feeling of just being completely present in the moment.
We wandered through the town, chasing pockets of light, stopping whenever something caught our eye. It felt less like a structured photoshoot and more like an adventure through the streets together, capturing whatever unfolded naturally.
Cocktails, Christmas Trees & Golden Evenings at Bar 131
As the sun began to dip and the light faded, we made our way to Bar 131 and it honestly felt like stepping into a little pocket of magic.
Inside, the space was glowing with Christmas trees and warm, moody lighting, the perfect contrast to the cold winter air outside. We grabbed cocktails, settled in, and let the day slow down for a moment.
There’s something so special about that shift from daylight adventure to cozy evening celebration especially in winter. It felt intimate, atmospheric, and completely unforgettable.
Chrissy & Alex Thank You

Your energy made the whole day effortless and fun, and it was such a privilege to document your story exactly as it unfolded honest, emotional, and completely you.
